Laura Cao

Laura Cao is a software developer at NZ Super Fund since January 2022, previously serving as an intermediate reporting architect at OCS New Zealand and as a business intelligence developer at MVP Studio. Laura's expertise includes developing full-stack data solutions, implementing business logic in Microsoft SQL Server, and creating actionable insights through dashboards and reports using various analytical techniques. In addition, Laura managed a Tableau training program, overseeing project planning and video production. Earlier experience includes claim support at AA Insurance NZ and various marketing and student coordination roles at Auckland University of Technology, where a Bachelor of Business focused on Business Information Systems and Marketing was attained. Laura also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Sun Yat-sen University.
