Michelle Elia-Siloata is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Analyst at NZ Super Fund since February 2023 and as a Board Trustee for First Foundation since September 2024. Previously, Michelle worked as an Investment Analyst at the Cook Islands National Superannuation Fund from January 2021 to January 2023 and as a Foreign Service Officer at the Cook Islands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration from February 2019 to January 2021. Early career experiences include roles as an English Teacher at Shandan Bailie School, Client Manager at Suncorp Group, Camp Counsellor at Coalition for the Homeless, Inc., and Corporate Floor Coordinator at Bell Gully. Michelle holds a Master of Applied Finance from Auckland University of Technology, achieved between 2021 and 2023, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Services from Victoria University of Wellington, obtained from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Michelle studied Mandarin at Mandarin House Suzhou from 2018 to 2019, attaining HSK Level 5-6 proficiency.
