Will Goodwin

Will Goodwin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Will worked at NZ Super Fund as the Head of Direct Investments, leading the global direct/private equity, real asset, active listed equity, and machine learning investments. Will also served as the Head of NZ Direct Investments at NZ Super Fund. Will served as a Director at INFINZ, where they contributed to improving the capability and effectiveness of New Zealand's financial sector ecosystem. Will was also a Director at Kaingaroa Timberlands and Awanui Group. Additionally, Will served as the Chairman/Director for the NZ Super Fund, Ngai Tahu and New Ground Capital JV - Hobsonville Property Development, as well as for Kiwi Group Holdings. In their earlier career, they worked at Todd Corporation in roles such as Chief Financial Officer - Todd Minerals and Senior Analyst - Todd Capital. Will began their career as an Analyst - Fixed Income at Booster NZ.

Will Goodwin completed their education at the Victoria University of Wellington. Will obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCA) degree with a specialization in Economics in the years 2000-2003. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Applied Finance at the same university. Additionally, in November 2022, they received a certification in the Strategic Leadership Programme from the Institute for Strategic Leadership.
