Han-Yung Rau (Will)

Han-Yung (Will) Rau is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in hardware design and mechatronics assembly, currently serving as a Hardware Design Engineer and Mechatronics Assembly Engineer at TIPSO NZ Technologies since January 2018. Key responsibilities include improving system life-cycle tracking, performing full hardware assembly and diagnostic tasks, conducting electronic system research, and designing marketing materials. Previous roles include Reliability Engineer at Ballard Power Systems, where data efficiency was significantly enhanced through the use of Excel VBA Macros, and various engineering positions at Kiewit, focusing on pipe analysis and management. Han-Yung also possesses experience in customer service, sales, and volunteer work, and holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics) from The University of British Columbia.
