Jodi Mitchell

Jodi Mitchell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory performance, insights, and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the National Manager for Regulatory Performance & Insights at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency since June 2021, Jodi also held acting roles as Manager of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office and Portfolio Director for Regulatory. Previous experience includes significant leadership positions at Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children, where Jodi was Programme Director for Strategic Delivery, and a series of roles at Accident Compensation Corporation and BNZ, including Head of Technology & Innovation. Jodi's career began with various positions in project management and business services at industry-leading organizations such as ANZ and Cigna, laying a strong foundation for a robust career in change and delivery management. Education was attained at Massey University.
