Lewis Stradling

Lewis Stradling is an experienced property acquisition manager with a comprehensive background in negotiating land acquisitions and managing client relationships, currently serving as Principal Property Acquisition Manager at NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi since October 2022. Prior to this role, Lewis held multiple positions at Align Limited from November 2013 to May 2023, including Principal Consultant and Senior Property Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed landowner negotiations for various government clients and delivering public works projects. Previous roles include serving as Senior Property Acquisition Manager during a secondment at Waka Kotahi, Registered Valuer at Gribble Churton Taylor Ltd, and Acquisitions and Disposals Advisor at Auckland Council Property Limited, among others. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with a focus on Valuation and Property Management from Massey University.
