Rachel Craig

Rachel Craig is an experienced professional with a strong background in regulatory system design, change management, and community engagement. Currently serving as Lead Advisor at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, Rachel also holds the position of Programme Lead for the Evidence Programme and has contributed as a Change Consultant. As a Board Member at the Wellington Sexual Abuse HELP Foundation, Rachel actively participates in governance and advocacy. Previous roles include Change Manager at Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children, where efforts focused on developing Māori-centered social work practices, and Intrapreneur at Auckland Council, leading initiatives for social and community outcomes. Rachel's earlier experience includes roles in Learning & Development and operational support at NZME. and APN News & Media. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from the University of Otago.
