Rua Pani

Rua Pani has a diverse background in strategy and operations management within both the public and defense sectors. As Strategy & Programme Lead at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, Rua focuses on transportation strategies. Previously, Rua served as the Auckland Transport Operations Centre Manager and later as Group Manager at Auckland Transport, overseeing operational efficiencies. Experience in the New Zealand Defence Force included a role as a Transport Officer in the NZ Army. Additionally, Rua has experience in the construction sector, having worked as a Building Supervisor and Timber Yard Manager for Healey Homes.
