Victoria T. currently serves as Portfolio Change Lead - Digital and Workstream Lead for People & Internal Communications at the NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi, focusing on the National Ticketing Solution programme, which aims to enhance public transport payment methods in New Zealand. Prior to this, Victoria worked as an Organisational Design and HR Consultant at Te Pūkenga and as an Organisational Design Consultant at ACC New Zealand. Additional experience includes roles as Workforce and Capability Advisor and People and Culture Advisor at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, Talent Consultant at Recruit I.T., and Programme Lead for the Career Navigator initiative at the Graeme Dingle Foundation. Victoria began her career at Child Matters as an Assistant Resources Coordinator. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Social Sciences specializing in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from The University of Waikato and a Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from Niagara College.
