Aravind Balachandran has a solid background as a Project Delivery Manager at NZGBC, with experience in managing IT projects and services, change management, and digitalization of business processes. Prior to this role, Aravind also held positions at EY as a Supervising Associate, Business Analyst Team Lead, and Senior Associate. Aravind's diverse experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at Envestnet, Inc and IBS Software Services, as well as a Probationary Officer at Federal Bank and a Marketing Manager at Satmax. Aravind holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering.
