Tracey White

Tracey White is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, consultancy, and education. Currently serving as the Transformation Programme Lead at NZHL since February 2022, Tracey is responsible for the overall delivery of transformation initiatives and leading major projects. Tracey's previous roles include Business Support Manager at Growfarm Limited, where the focus was on profit systems for sheep and beef farmers, and Tutor at Wintec, where Tracey received positive feedback for teaching accounting and business administration while contributing to course development. Additional experience includes positions as Organisational Analyst at Western Institute of Technology, Operations Manager at Harrex Group Ltd, and various roles at Westpac, Deloitte New Zealand, and the Community Probation Service. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Management Studies with first-class honors from The University of Waikato and a Certificate in Adult Teaching from Wintec.
