Andrew Horner-Glister is a seasoned entrepreneur and creative leader with over 24 years of experience in business. As the Founder and Creative Director of Nzime Ltd since January 2000, Andrew has cultivated a strong focus on entrepreneurship, creativity, and internal culture. Noteworthy past ventures include owning MCA Leicester, a motor cycle accessories retail business that saw significant growth under Andrew's management, and founding Nrich PR to expand offerings in the fashion industry. Additional experiences include developing an innovative business model for recycling golf balls through Out of the blue, as well as roles in design with various companies. Andrew holds an education from Loughborough College of Art and Design.
