Suzanne Pearson

Suzanne Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Suzanne is currently working at UP Education as a Chief People Officer, holding a senior leadership position. Prior to that, they were the Group Human Resources Director at UP Education and also served as the General Manager of the New Zealand Institute of Sport. Suzanne has also worked as an HR Manager at Autex Acoustics New Zealand and held various HR roles at State Street and Resolution Ireland. Suzanne has experience in talent management, organizational change, employee engagement, and legal compliance. Suzanne's earlier career includes roles as an HR Business Partner at United Medical Protection and as an HR Advisor at North Shore City Council in New Zealand.

Suzanne Pearson earned a Bachelor of Business Studies degree with a focus on Human Resource Management & Dispute Resolution between 2001 and 2003. In 2007 and 2008, they attended Technological University Dublin and obtained a CIPD degree specializing in Employment Relation, Law, and Practice.
