Daniel Rutledge is a journalist and content editor with extensive experience in the media industry. They worked as the Online Entertainment News Editor at MediaWorks NZ from 2006 to 2018 and later served as the Verticals Editor for both MediaWorks NZ and Warner Bros. Discovery before transitioning to Discovery Inc as the Verticals Editor at Discovery NZ from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Daniel is the CreateMe Strategy Lead and Commercial Editor at New Zealand Media & Entertainment (NZME) and continues to contribute as a film critic and feature writer for Flicks since 2013.
