Tracy Pike, CFA, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at NZS Capital, LLC since October 2021, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including Head of Investment Oversight at Jupiter Asset Management and Head of Sub-Advisor Oversight at Charles Schwab, where a five-person due diligence team was built and led to manage over $25 billion in assets. Additional experience includes Product Manager at Janus Capital Group, where successful growth strategies for a $20 billion Global Equity Franchise were implemented, and significant contributions at Merrill Lynch in various leadership roles overseeing due diligence for more than $300 billion in assets. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
