Brandon Tai

Brandon Tai has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Brandon worked at the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) as a Junior Payroll Officer, where they provided payroll services and mapped the organizational chart. In 2016, they joined NZX Limited as an Analyst in Clearing & Settlements. Brandon then held the role of Surveillance Analyst, where they monitored trading activity and researched potential market manipulation. Brandon also worked as a Markets Relationship Associate, communicating NZX's secondary market messaging to stakeholders. Brandon later became the NZX Trading System Upgrade (TSU) Communications Manager, responsible for upgrading the trading system. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Markets Development at NZX Limited.

Brandon Tai completed their Bachelor of Commerce in International Business, Marketing, and Human Resources at Victoria University of Wellington from 2012 to 2015. Before that, they attended St Patrick's College Silverstream from 2006 to 2010, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In 2017, they obtained the "Competent Communicator" certification from Toastmasters International.
