Nigel Babbage

Nigel Babbage is an accomplished finance professional with a robust background in foreign exchange and derivatives trading. Currently serving as Director at NZX Limited since December 2017 and CEO of Mohua Investments Ltd since 2010, Nigel has held significant roles at major financial institutions, including BNP Paribas, Paribas, Citibank, and BP Finance, where responsibilities ranged from leading Forex divisions to trading FX derivatives. Nigel's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Econometrics and Chemistry from the University of Otago, complemented by formative years at Wanganui Collegiate School.
