Stephanie Braddock

Stephanie Braddock is a seasoned legal professional with a robust background in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at NZX Limited since September 2020, Stephanie has previously held key positions, including Corporate Counsel at REDFLEX HOLDINGS LIMITED and Corporate Paralegal at Alexander Holburn Beaudin + Lang LLP. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate and Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team at Kensington Swan. Stephanie holds a degree from The University of Auckland, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
