Alan Ni

Alan Ni currently serves on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including The Weather Company, NZXT, Inc., MyHeritage, Renaissance Learning, News Break, and iconectiv. As a Partner at Francisco Partners since 2013, Alan Ni has played a significant role in a global private equity firm that focuses on technology and tech-enabled services, managing approximately $45 billion in capital. Additional responsibilities include serving as a Board Observer for Landmark Health and previously holding a position in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan from 2011 to 2013. Alan Ni holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
