Felix is currently serving as the VP of Hardware Engineering at NZXT, Inc., where they lead the Product Engineering and Verification Teams in creating a seamless gaming experience for customers. Prior to NZXT, Guerra was the Head of Product Engineering at Astro Gaming, Inc., responsible for overseeing the engineering and development of current and future products.

Before working at Astro Gaming, Guerra served as the Head of R&D and Engineering at Fnatic, where they played a key role in developing gaming peripherals and accessories that catered to professional eSports athletes and gamers.

Guerra's earlier work experience includes positions at Corsair Memory, BTC Corp., and Hewlett-Packard.
