Maggie Wei

Maggie Wei serves as the HRBP Director for APAC at NZXT, Inc. since June 2021, where collaboration with business executives has led to enhanced retention and engagement across the region. Prior to this role, Maggie was a Senior HRBP at Dentsply Sirona, focusing on developing business strategies in partnership with functional management. Experience includes serving as HR Director at Taiwan Star Telecom and leading the APAC talent and organizational development function at Barco. Earlier career positions also encompass HR management at Shihlin Electric, a tenure as a Freelancer Consultant, and senior HR roles at Applied Materials and Westin Hotels & Resorts. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resources Management from National Central University and a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication Management from Tamkang University.
