Raffat Raza

Raffat Raza is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources for major corporations across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the Director and Asia HRBP Lead for Global Banking & Advisory at Societe Generale since November 2023, Raffat focuses on corporate financing, advisory, and ESG standards. Previously, Raffat held significant roles at Manulife as Head of HR for the Asia regional office and at MetLife as AVP & Asia HRBP Lead, overseeing HR functions across multiple markets.
