Brian Tallon

Brian Tallon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian currently holds the role of Vice President of Information Technology at O Bee Credit Union since July 2023. Prior to this, they founded Tallon Solutions in May 2023, where they help small and mid-sized businesses develop technology strategies and roadmaps.

From September 2022 to July 2023, they served as the Deputy CIO - IT Service Delivery at LEG-TECH, where they focused on improving service delivery and business relationship management practices.

From 2019 to 2022, Brian worked as the Vice President of IT & Project Management at TwinStar Credit Union. Brian was responsible for overseeing IT and project management initiatives.

Between 2013 and 2019, Brian held the position of Director of Information Technology at SEFNCO Communications, where they managed IT operations across multiple locations and led strategic IT initiatives.

In 2012, they worked at the University of Washington as a Systems Integration Architect, specializing in implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, they served as a Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Consultant at CCI- Computer Consultants International, Inc., advising the University of Washington on their implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

From 2010 to 2011, Brian worked as a CRM Consultant at PCCDR, focusing on long-term strategy and advising on CRM solutions.

During their time at Zones, Inc. (formerly Multiple Zones International) from 2006 to 2010, Brian held the position of Sr. Director of Business Applications, where they directed IT strategy and managed cross-functional teams to deliver ERP/CRM, e-business, and financial solutions.

Lastly, from 2000 to 2006, Brian worked at Zones, Incorporated as the Director of Ecommerce, overseeing strategic planning, development, and implementation of ERP/CRM e-business solutions.

Brian Tallon's education history includes a B.S. in Business, Management, and Economics from the State University of New York. Brian also holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the New York Institute of Technology. In 2005, they obtained a Certificate in Six Sigma Black Belt from Arizona State University. Additionally, Brian has a Masters Certificate in Strategic Organizational Leadership from Villanova University. Brian has further certifications from Scrum Alliance, including Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), and Certified Scrum Master in SAFe® 5. Brian is also certified by ICAgile with certificates in Agile Coaching and Agile Team Facilitation.
