Eduarda Barbosa has over two decades of experience in Human Resources and administration. Currently serving as the Directora de Recursos Humanos at O FELIZ since March 2001, Eduarda oversees HR department operations, including recruitment processes, employee onboarding, training management, performance evaluation, conflict resolution, and compliance with legal requirements. Prior roles include Técnica Administrativa e Recursos Humanos, handling payroll and attendance management, as well as Técnica de Contabilidade at Manuel Gonçalves - Contabilidades, where responsibilities included payroll processing and fiscal obligations. Eduarda's career began as Controladora Têxtil, focusing on quality control and work time management. Eduarda's educational background includes multiple executive training courses from Universidade do Minho, a postgraduate degree in Labor Law from Universidade Lusíada Porto, and a Certified Accountant qualification from Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave, among others.
