Ray DiPasquale

Ray started with ORC in 2020 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Divisional Director in 2021. Ray oversees projects throughout the southeast and will supervise, coordinate, and manage team activities and operations for projects sponsored by a variety of clients. He is a licensed Professional Engineer, Professional Planner, and Certified Municipal Engineer. Ray currently is or has been a member of numerous regional and national organizations, including the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE).
