Jen C. has extensive experience in technology consulting and leadership roles. Jen served as the Chief Empowerment Officer (CEO) for a technology consulting firm from 2004 onwards, where they specialized in transforming organizations and building technical teams for Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. Jen has a particular interest in AI, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and Robotics.

In addition to their consulting work, Jen C. has held various advisory and leadership positions. Jen has been the Head of Global Growth/Advisor for O(1) Labs since 2021 and the Management Consulting Leader/Advisor for SiFive since September 2021. Previously, they worked as a Program Manager-Growth Leader/Advisor Consultant for Apcera, a Growth Strategist Consultant for Tintri, and the VP of Growth & Business Management/Advisory Board for Nokia.

Jen C. also has experience in the technology industry, serving as the Chief of Staff/Consultant for Ericsson and a Program Manager-Principal Leadership Consultant for Google. Jen was involved in the acquisition of Microsoft IPTV by Ericsson and worked with the leadership team on special projects at Google.

Prior to their consulting and leadership roles, Jen C. was the Head of Global Growth/Consultant for Microsoft in 2013. Jen has demonstrated their ability to lead and manage teams, innovate, and implement strategic plans throughout their career.

Jen C. has a Certified Executive Coach degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Jen also holds an Executive MBA - Leadership and Management degree from York St. John University, specializing in Strategy and Coaching/Mentoring with a dissertation. Additionally, they obtained a BS degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
