Vladimír Hrníčko

Vladimír Hrníčko is an experienced telecommunication professional currently serving as the Head of the Mobile PS Core department at O2 Czech Republic since July 2006. In this role, Vladimír leads the development, operation, and configuration/capacity planning of EPC networks across various technologies, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G, as well as IoT and VoWifi networks. Additionally, Vladimír oversees the development and operation of an end-to-end measurement quality system for the Mobile PS Core network. Prior to this position, Vladimír worked as a Senior Mobile PS Core Network specialist at O2 Czech Republic and as a Core Network specialist at Eurotel Praha, focusing on packet core network development. Vladimír's career began as an IP networks and services specialist at Český Telecom. Vladimír holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague.
