Lacey Knapp

Lacey Knapp, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional with a strong background in employee development, human resources, and group fitness instruction. Currently serving in a dual role at MCI - Mechanical Contractors, LLC, Lacey has developed a structured training program for employees while managing various HR functions. Additionally, Lacey has been a Group Fitness Instructor at Life Time Inc. and O2 Fitness Clubs since 2021 and 2014 respectively, specializing in various fitness programs. Previous experience includes an investigative internship at the EEOC, where Lacey analyzed discrimination charges and made legal determinations, as well as serving as an Administrative Assistant at Mechanical Contractors Inc., where new procedures and forms were developed. Lacey holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Meredith College.
