Shanker Kumar Pathe

Shanker Kumar Pathe is an accomplished professional in the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) sector, currently serving as General Manager at O2 Power since May 2023. Previously, Shanker held the role of Deputy General Manager O&M at Azure Power, where responsibilities included managing large-scale projects and leading P&L. Notably, Shanker played a pivotal role as Head of O&M at Solarpro Holding and led the O&M teams for Sterling and Wilson Solar, overseeing the operational planning and execution of the world's largest solar power plant in Abu Dhabi. Shanker's extensive experience includes managing various maintenance strategies, enhancing plant reliability, and formulating cost-effective plans across multiple international and domestic projects. Shanker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from SRI Satya Sai University of Technology & Medical Sciences and diplomas in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
