Marek Baros

Marek Baros has worked as the Head of IT Operations at O2 Slovakia since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Telefónica O2 Slovakia from 2010 to 2020 as the IT Operations Services and Projects Manager. In 2009, they were a Delivery Manager at Tempest, and from 2001 to 2008, they served as a Senior IT Manager at Orange Slovakia.

Marek Baros obtained a Master's degree in Informatics and Mathematics from Univerzita Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici between 1995 and 2000. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Agile Scrum Foundation Certificate, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Foundation, Service Offerings and Agreements ITIL V3, Operational Support and Analysis ITIL V3, and ITIL Foundation ITIL V3.
