Andrea Hanft

Andrea Hanft has significant work experience in communications, starting in 2010 with an internship at The Hospital for Sick Children. Andrea then worked at Paradigm Public Relations as a Coordinator from 2010 to 2012 before becoming a Consultant from 2012 to 2015.

In 2015, Andrea joined O2E Brands and held various roles, including Communications Manager and Senior Manager of Communications. Their responsibilities included developing media relations programs, monitoring media trends, creating communications materials, managing reputation issues, and overseeing social media channels.

In 2021, Andrea moved to Edelman as an Account Director, specializing in Corporate Communications and Employee Experience. Andrea held this role until 2022.

Andrea is currently employed as the Director of Communications at O2E Brands, starting in 2023.

Andrea Hanft completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology at McGill University from 2004 to 2008. In 2006 to 2007, they also pursued Psychology studies at the University of Birmingham. Andrea then acquired a Public Relations Post-Graduate Certificate from Humber College during 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Andrea has obtained various certifications, including the Predictive Index Certification: Inspire People To Perform from The Predictive Index in February 2023, and the Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci in September 2020.
