Jeff Anderson has over seven years of experience in customer service and sales roles. Currently serving as a Sales Trainer at O2E Brands since May 2016, Jeff facilitates training for new hires in the call center, focusing on customer service skills. Previous positions include serving as an Inbound Sales Agent, where responsibilities involved converting calls into appointments for junk removal services, and as a Service Desk member, providing technical support for franchise partners and company staff through Salesforce and other software systems.
