The Chemistry Team at o2h discovery is responsible for executing and managing hit-to-lead and lead optimization programs crucial to drug discovery. They utilize their expertise in discovery chemistry to design and synthesize novel compounds, collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to patent and IND filings. By leveraging the proprietary Chemistry in the Cloud™ (CITC) application, they streamline project management and enhance communication among scientific stakeholders, accelerating decision-making and project advancement.
