Caroline van Even

Caroline Van Even has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Caroline has held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at o2o Bicycle Leasing since 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded Caras Consulting in 2020. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as a Product Marketing Director at EMPWR Nutrition Group.

Caroline also has experience at Jet Import, where they served as a Sales & Marketing Manager and Key Account Manager from 2016 to 2021. Caroline worked as a Strategy Consultant at o2o Bicycle Leasing from 2019 to 2020, where they focused on developing strategies, value propositions, and action plans.

Their earlier work experience includes positions at United Biscuits as a Key Account Manager from 2013 to 2016, and at Mars as part of their Graduate Program from 2011 to 2013.

Caroline Van Even completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Business and Economics from KU Leuven in the years 2006 to 2011. Caroline also pursued an Executive MBA from Vlerick Business School from 2019 to 2020. In addition, Caroline has obtained additional certifications such as Director Effectiveness from GUBERNA - Instituut voor Bestuurders/Institut des Administrateurs (expected year: 2023), a Master of Business Administration Graduate - Executive MBA from Vlerick Business School (2020), and completed the Silicon Valley Immersion Program, Global Scaling at the University of San Francisco (2020).
