Ira Martin is an accomplished Leader Development Consultant with extensive experience in performance psychology, education, and leadership development. Currently affiliated with Primary Leadership Development, Prepare2Perform, O2X Human Performance, and Kotter, Ira provides insights on mental wellness, individual coaching, and team development. Instructing upper-level undergraduate courses at both Suffolk University and Connecticut College, Ira brings a wealth of knowledge to students in leadership and sport psychology. Previous roles include Master Coach at Valor Performance, Inc. and Leader In Residence at the US Coast Guard Academy, focusing on translating research into practical applications for leadership. Ira holds a Doctor of Education and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology / Sport Psychology from Boston University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Suffolk University.
