Isela Sanchez, MS, ATC, CSCS, CES, PES, FRCms, is currently a Program Manager at O2X Human Performance, where they lead comprehensive, science-backed programs. Previously, Isela served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Los Angeles Lakers and the University of Texas at El Paso, and as Head Athletic Trainer for the South Bay Lakers. They also gained experience at UC Irvine as an Athletic Trainer. Isela earned a Master of Science in Athletic Training from California Baptist University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at El Paso.
