Colin Budka

Colin Budka has a diverse work experience. Colin most recently worked at O3 Solutions, starting as an Operations Associate in August 2018 and later transitioning to a Product Specialist role in July 2019. In these positions, they contributed to the agile project management platform for industrial construction, focusing on improving product adoption and usability. Colin also held positions of increasing responsibility at O3 Solutions, including Associate Product Manager from July 2020 to July 2021, Product Manager from July 2021 to January 2023, and currently holds the role of Senior Product Manager.

Prior to their time at O3 Solutions, Colin served as a Venture for America Fellow from February 2018 to July 2020. This fellowship provided him with training and the opportunity to work at a startup in an emerging city, allowing him to gain hands-on experience in building a business.

Before their venture into the startup world, Colin worked as an Emergency Medical Technician at Marlboro First Aid and Rescue Squad from June 2013 to August 2018. Here, they provided emergency medical services and played a vital role in helping those in need.

Additionally, Colin gained experience as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Lincoln Electric in the summer of 2017, where they contributed to various electrical engineering projects.
