Anand Govind

Anand Govind is the CFO of o9 Solutions. Anand has over 20 years of experience in finance, strategy, and operations.

Anand started their career as an engineer at LSI Corp. Anand progressed through roles of increasing seniority and impact, moving to technical marketing and finally corporate strategy. In 2007, they left LSI to join J.P. Morgan as an executive director.

At J.P. Morgan, Anand was responsible for leading the development and execution of the firm’s technology investment strategy. Anand also oversaw the technology portfolio and led the development of new businesses and products. In 2017, they left J.P. Morgan to join Morgan Stanley as a managing director.

At Morgan Stanley, Anand was responsible for the technology investment banking franchise globally. Anand also advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. In 2019, they left Morgan Stanley to join o9 Solutions as CFO.

Anand received their MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Management in 2006.

Anand Govind has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.

They are on a team with Igor Rikalo - President & COO, Umesh Arasu - Chief Product Officer, and Vikas Goel - Chief Customer Officer. Anand Govind reports to Chakri Gottemukkala, Co-Founder & CEO.
