Túlio César leads a dedicated team specializing in corporate, tax, accounting, and financial structuring with a humanized approach. With over 15 years of experience, Túlio co-founded Pradum, where they apply disruptive techniques to drive business acceleration and turnaround projects. Previously, Túlio served as President of the Business Law Commission at the Associação dos Advogados do Centro Oeste de Minas from 2017 to 2020 and is currently involved in various roles, including President of the Tax Law Commission at OAB/MG and Coordinator of the Tax Council at FECON-MG. Túlio earned an MBA in Tax Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Faculdade Divinópolis.
