Marcelo Gandelman

Marcelo Gandelman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in arbitration and law. Currently serving as a Partner at Gandelman & Costa Dias Advogados since May 2023, Marcelo has also been a member of the Arbitration & Justice Committee at ICC Arbitration since January 2019 and a member of the Comissão de Arbitragem at OAB/RJ since January 2020. Previously, Marcelo held the position of Partner at Souto, Correa, Cesa, Lummertz & Amaral Advogados from August 2015 to April 2023, and at BM&A – Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão from June 2002 to August 2015. Marcelo's legal career began at Kelner Escritorio de Advocacia, where a partnership was established from August 1995 to May 2002. Marcelo is a graduate of UERJ, having completed studies from 1990 to 1995.
