Ashley Johnson is the Employee Experience Manager at OAC Services. As a member of the Senior Staff, Ashley worked directly with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief of Staff, and Chief Administrative Officer, to establish standards for an outstanding guest experience that exhibits a broad range of wildlife and educates a diverse audience about the natural world. More specifically their role was to establish and maintain design standards and ensure successful design and completion of construction capital projects for all 7 facilities. Leading a staff of thirteen, they established well-organized schedules, maximized budgets, and innovative design processes internally in coordination with design consultants, contractors, and content creators. Ashley established standards that maintained aesthetic vision, educational content, and quality consistency throughout our facilities. Ashley effectively synchronized goals of internal players and used these to direct all phases of design development and construction administration for each project. Her role was also to provide expert assistance to the purchasing department in contract compliance review and request for proposals.

Ashley Johnson has a MArch from The University of Texas at Austin in Architecture and a B.A. from Centenary College of Louisiana in Developmental Psychology. Ashley also has certification from the Construction Management Association of America as a Certified Construction Manager - CCM.
