David Mcbride is the Project Manager at OAC Services. David previously worked as a Technical Project Engineering | Production Coordinator at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard from March 2014 to January 2016. In their previous role, David was responsible for scheduling, sequencing and work controls for multiple trades and technical codes performing work on Submarine Sail Systems. David also monitored progress of all sail work through coordination with the Customer, Production Management Assistants (PMA’s), General Foremen, and trade supervisors; identifying problems affecting safety and health, schedule, quality assurance and cost, and initiated steps to mitigate impacts.

During their time at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, David scheduled and coordinated 13 Refit projects, totaling over 150,000 man-hours of work, and including critical path work for the overall project. David also coordinated and provided oversight to over 120 high-risk evolutions involving operation of hydraulic equipment in close proximity of personnel, and including critical crane lifts, without injury or equipment damage. David utilized their academic training to educate team members on more advanced planning and scheduling techniques than were used prior, making for more efficient scheduling and work tracking.

David Mcbride has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology (BSET) from Old Dominion University, a Master of Arts - MA from the University of Washington, and certification from the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) in Assoc. DBIA. David also has certification from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in CFC/HCFC Refrigerant Processing Certificate, from EcoDistricts in EcoDistricts AP, and from the US Navy in Quality Assurance Inspector and Submarine Nuclear Propulsion Plant Welder.

They are on a team with Anjanet Collins - Senior Project Manager, Andrew Sahl - Senior Project Manager, and Kimberly Stevens - Project Coordination Manager. Their manager is Dave Jobs, Vice President, Design and Construction Management.
