Caroline Simard serves as the Vice-présidente and Secretary of Governance at the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec since April 2018. Previously, Caroline held the position of Associate Director of Governance and Regulation at McGill University from August 2016 to January 2020. Caroline's extensive legal experience includes roles as Secretary of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, where responsibilities included Director of Legal Affairs, and legal advisor at Le Protecteur du citoyen and the Gouvernement du Québec. Caroline's academic qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Law from Université Laval, a Master in Health Law from Université de Sherbrooke, and a Certificate in Corporate Governance. Additionally, Caroline is trained in Civil and Commercial Mediation through the Barreau du Québec.
