Arturas K. has over 17 years of work experience in software engineering and development roles. Arturas currently works as the Head of Software Engineering at OAG, where they are responsible for managing product development teams, overseeing technical vision and architecture, and promoting Agile and DevOps practices. Arturas has successfully transitioned the Flight Status system development and support to a new team. Prior to OAG, they worked at Callcredit Information Group as a Product Development Manager, where they formed distributed Agile teams and implemented incremental solution delivery practices. Arturas also worked as a Principal Engineer and Database Developer/Manager at Callcredit, where they led product teams, developed high-performance database solutions, and managed teams across multiple locations. Arturas started their career at Viciunai Group as a Senior BI Developer/Team Leader, and also worked as a Database Administrator/BI Developer and Software Developer. Arturas has a strong background in SQL Server technologies and has experience in database administration and development. Arturas began their career at the Revenue office of Klaipeda's district and UAB Koris as a Database Administrator, Software Developer, and Programmer.

Arturas K. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas in the years 1999 to 2003. Arturas also holds several certifications from Microsoft, including MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional in 2004 and MCITP: Business Intelligence Developer 2008 in 2012. Additionally, Arturas has obtained various other certifications in SQL Server, .NET Framework, and other related fields throughout the years. In 2020, they obtained the certification "Hands On Snowflake - WebUI Essentials" from Snowflake.
