Joanna Botcherby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product support and market intelligence within the aviation industry. Currently serving as Product Support Manager at OAG since January 2011, Joanna manages product support and training initiatives for a global customer base, delivers demonstrations, and represents OAG at aviation events.
