Colleen McLaughlin has extensive experience in customer service and account management. Currently serving as an Account Executive at OAI Visual Branding since April 2021, McLaughlin is involved in visual branding initiatives. Previously, from February 2007 to August 2020, McLaughlin held the position of Customer Service Manager at Florida Graphic Services, where responsibilities included overseeing customer relations and ensuring satisfaction.
