J. Edward Duggan

Ed Duggan is a member of the Board of Directors. He is Senior Vice President of Eolus North America, Inc., as well as President of Alton Energy, Inc. With more than 35 years of experience in wind project development – 25 years of which were spent in Tehachapi overseeing wind project development – there is little Ed doesn’t know about getting the most out of a wind power site. As President of Alton Energy, he is leading an effort to model, plan, and fund zero-carbon wind, solar and pumped hydro storage energy projects in California.
