Jim Richards

Jim Richards has extensive experience in the energy sector, particularly in wind and hydroelectric project development and management. Currently serving as an Executive Associate at Oak Creek Energy Systems and Sterling Energy Management LLC since 2012 and 2009 respectively, Jim has held leadership roles including CEO and COO for UPC Wind Management, LLC from 2005 to 2007, and various director positions at the European Wind Energy Association and the British Wind Energy Association. Additionally, Jim has contributed to major companies such as GE Wind Energy and Enron Wind, focusing on offshore wind projects and global risk management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from Golden Gate University and a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
