Timothy Lynch has over two decades of work experience in the healthcare and senior living industry. Timothy currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Oak Crest-DeKalb Area Retirement Center. Prior to this, they held the position of Executive Director at Clare Oaks Senior Living from 2020 to 2023, and at The Craig Senior Living from 2019 to 2020. Timothy also served as the Executive Director at Meridian Senior Living from 2018 to 2019. Before transitioning to senior living, Timothy worked in various leadership roles at Oasis Healthcare Partners and Life Care Centers of America. Timothy started their career as a Physical Therapist at Youville Hospital in 1997 and later became the Vice President Hospital Operations at Youville Hospital / Spaulding Hospital Cambridge. Before that, they worked as a Program Director at SunBridge of East Boston. Timothy has a strong background in operations and a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry.
Timothy Lynch holds a BA in Psychology from Boston College. Timothy also has an MSPT in Physical Therapy from Boston University. Additionally, they have completed a fellowship program at MHA Leadership College.
