Allon Yaroni

Allon Yaroni currently serves as a Program Officer for Evidence & Solutions in Child Sexual Abuse Prevention at Oak Foundation since August 2022 and has been a Board Member of LitWorld from 2022 to 2024. Previous experience includes roles as Associate/Assistant Commissioner for Policy, Planning & Measurement at the City of New York's Administration for Children's Services from 2015 to 2022, and Director of Research at Vera Institute of Justice from 2007 to 2015. Allon also worked as a Strategy & Evaluation Consultant for NAMI SWMO in 2012-2013, and held academic positions as an Adjunct Professor at NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service from 1999 to 2003 and as a Research Fellow at the Israel Democracy Institute from 1996 to 1999. Early career experience includes serving as a Special Assistant to the Commissioner in the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel from 1994 to 1996. Academic credentials include a PhD in Public Policy from New York University, an MA in Public Policy, and a BA in Economics, Statistics & Operations Research from Tel Aviv University.
